HOMM is a property platform designed to make finding and understanding property more reliable in a constantly changing market.
The UK house-finding and property-building industries are in continual flux. Estate agents evolve, websites are updated or disappear, and information quickly becomes outdated.
Most property platforms rely on static listings and external data sources, which can become unreliable over time.
HOMM was developed to address this by creating a system that actively monitors the wider property ecosystem. Rather than simply listing properties, HOMM connects them to the estate agents behind them and keeps track of their online presence.
To support this, we built a system that regularly visits relevant websites and captures screenshots. This ensures that links remain valid and provides a visual record of how estate agents are changing over time.
This approach not only improves reliability, but also adds context. By seeing how estate agents evolve through their websites, users gain a better understanding of the organisations involved in a property.
HOMM brings together property listings with this broader layer of information, offering a more connected and up-to-date view of the market.
